Steve Bunce is a renowned sports journalist and pundit who writes and reports across the media and is widely regarded as ‘the voice of British boxing’. He frequently appears on the BBC sports programmes. He has been at five Olympic Games, reported on over fifty fights in Las Vegas and has a large, loyal fan base.
As well as being a regular columnist for Boxing Monthly, he also contributes to the Independent and the Sunday Herald. He has a monthly boxing show on BBC Radio Five Live and a weekly sports chat show on BBC Radio London.
Steve’s first novel The Fixer is a boxing thriller and was published by Mainstream in 2010. His latest book, Bunce’s Big Fat Short History of British Boxing, is non-fiction and was published by Bantam Books in 2017.
