FOREIGN RIGHTS

The Hanbury Agency is represented by literary agents in all of the major territories around the world. We work closely together.

We work closely with specialist film and television agents and producers to provide film and television adaptations of our authors' work.

SUBMISSIONS

We are always looking for remarkable new writers and we encourage people to send us material, but we are very selective. Please read our submission guidelines carefully before making an approach.

The first thing to note is that we do not represent: film scripts, plays, poetry, books for children, self-help. 

If your material is none of these, please send a letter of introduction including your e-mail address and phone number, together with a brief synopsis and the first chapter (or opening 25 pages) by post to:

Due to a high level of submissions we cannot respond to everyone. If you have not heard from us within six weeks then unfortunately your submission has not been successful, but we wish you the best of luck in finding representation.
